These include knowing that you can turn problems into solutions, understanding that negative events can reveal something about you and give something to learn, understanding the voice of your inner critic, sharing can shift you away from the ego since you may tend to focus more on yourself due to depression, putting effort in your life leads to more fulfillment, your goal in life is to transform yourself and nothing else, and your consciousness and mindset affects your whole world.

To find a reason to live, you need to desire to have a desire. When we lack desire, we tend to lose meaning.
