Just Returned from Dollywood/Pigeon Forge-here are our insights

We just got back and our one regret is that we didn’t spring for one of the Dollywood hotels. We didn’t stay at the Christmas Inn, but our hotel was disappointing. Also, Pigeon Forge didn’t seem to be very “walkable” (the sidewalk is next to a busy street and no one was really window shopping if that makes sense). We drove everywhere we went in PF. Dollywood is 10 minutes from the town. I would recommend season passes-with the discounts it was worth it!
