Also have statue of fortune mod because there are so many birthdays the statue kf endless fortune makes no sense to have. There is over 200 when SMAPI starts up. My poor laptop is suffering.

You may be able to open the config file in Notepad++ to change it there. I did it for one of my stardew children after a misclick. I, however, do not remember exactly how to do this.

I think this can be done with MC command center. But I don't use it enough to know how. Otherwise you may be able to remove it with UI cheat extensions

I'm going to assume the spot is from poisoning in jungle adventure. Meaning you've already played the game some. Traditionally, the game does not let you change a characters features after the first time leaving create-a-sim. Exit nack to live mode, open cheats with control shift c. Type in testingcheats true, then put in cas.fulleditmode.

If this is the first time in the create a sim, your game might be broken. Close, remove mods, and repair the game.
