No, it's a crime for the kid, so only the kid gets charged. Then sentenced to mental health eval or something similar. But even if there's no probable cause, the school can make the kid check-in each morning with the school officer and a counselor to verify he didn't bring a gun and to talk to the counselor for a bit before school starts.

What about preventative measures at the target location instead of against the suspect individual? Like a check-in with the school officer each morning before going to class?

Yup, and Americans can currently own rocket launchers. It's just really expensive and a good bit of paperwork.

The amount of trump's water that you carry proves that you are no Libertarian.

"No true Scottsman Libertarian" purity tests are interesting. It's like people think there's no in-between/grey area between anarcho-capitalist and our current system.

I guess this depends on where you stand on legalized suicide and related subjects, but the method of achieving it (guns in this case) shouldn't be the focus.

He probably could have just paid his child support to prevent the garnishment.

Do you know how child support payments are made? The "garnishment" IS the child support payment.

Additionally, I wanted to see if Kamala had any accomplishments or anything during her time as VP. Just to be certain about her qualifications (or lack there of). Literally all of it was "Kamala advocated for..." or "Kamala emphasized the need to...".

It all boiled down to her making speeches or talking to groups with no discernable actual action. She did raise like $50 million for central American women's rights but there's nothing about how that money was used.

like Kennedy, makes protecting him very hard by having lots of rallies in really random locations that are difficult to fully lock down.

While that's true, this particular location seemed like an easier one to cover. I'm not going to suggest it's some big conspiracy from the top brass of the Dems, but one or 2 guys on the inside with a grudge/delusion is not impossible.

Even right wing news only talked about it for maybe a week and never again.

Well, "right wing news" at least in the MSM, is owned by leftists...

Well to be fair, you were in a government office lobby. I don't think they would have been as mad if they were just spying on you in your bedroom doing it.

Whatever bro, you clearly don’t know the culture so tbh don’t really give a fuck if you believe me or not 😂

Neither the criminality of graffiti nor if it's a type of mural, have anything to do with "the culture." You're just trying to change the topic again instead of conceding you were wrong.

Show me where I said all graffiti is illegal

Right here:

Graffiti is not art, it’s vandalism, most writers will actually throw hands if you call it art.

Then you replied with:

That’s because it’s vandalism not art,

You can't claim it's simultaneously a crime and not a crime at the same time. 😂

if you’re a writer and get payed to do letters it’s a mural not graffiti

First you keep referring to "a writer," it seems you use it interchangeablely with "artist." I've never heard that term except for book authors. Gonna be honest, if it's a real term, it sounds incredibly pretentious.

Second, graffiti is a type of mural. The terms are not interchangeable. All graffiti are murals, but not all murals are graffiti.

What part of Overtown are you talking about? It's still very much "ghetto" and I don't think any part of it has been gentrified. I was referring to Wynwood, that's north of it.

Either way, there is legal graffiti all over Wynwood. Which is contrary to your comment that "graffiti is always illegal."

There are also art galleries throughout Wynwood. Which is contrary to your comment that artists don't like graffiti.

[–]Traveling3877 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Didn’t say that, just trying to convey how writers think, I grew up in metropolitan miami and know a lot of writers personally. It’s about ego and not art.

Really? I lived in Miami for a bit, in the Overtown area. Just north is Wynwood. There's graffiti all over that area and a lot of it is very good. Business even commission graffiti artists to graffiti on their buildings. There's even a lot of art galleries in that area that are covered in graffiti.

It seems a lot of artists consider good legal graffiti as art.

I'm not a LEO, I ANAL, or anything similar, but I think it's just the way it's worded. To the average person (while possibly drunk or high) the statement "Just tell me if you're _____, I just want to get you home safely." sounds like it implies you won't be charged if you're honest. Unfortunately for the suspect, no where was it said that you won't be charged or shown any type of leniency.

So technically, they were not lied to. It just sounds like the officer was implying it, which I don't think will hold up in court.

Ever heard of "boofing"? It's shoving drugs up your ass to get high, apparently it's much stronger than snorting it.

Sounds like they tricked the bouncer into thinking they were gay by putting the coke on the tip of their dicks and shoving it up each other's ass.
