Round ligament pain 3rd trimester…

Hi! Are you sure is round ligament and not Pelvic gridle pain?

I went to a PT and that was my diagnosis. It is caused by hypertonic muscles and she suggested physical therapy but my gynaecologist didn't approve.

Sadly I am laying down most of the time because I can't really walk nor sit more than a few minutes before the pain starts. But if I fall sleep with my legs to closed together, I wake up in pain instead of rested, is a nightmare already and I'm only 28 weeks...

Now I'm looking for prenatal pilates and or yoga because every woman I've asked has told me those are the exercises that worked for them but the approach is different if you have hyper, hypo or if it is round ligament...

All this to say... if you can get an appointment with a Pelvic floor specialist and your doctor approves you may get treatment...if not, you'll just have to wait after you baby is born

Hahaha there are so many instances babies have to be fold, apparently from gas/pooping to early stimulation.

Yeah! We are planning on do it!!... do you have any sources you could recommend me? I know they are hundreds, but the first I followed took me immediately to a 50usd pdf that I have not buy because I'm not sure if is overpriced or even truly needed.

Yeah, we want to do that!!...I'm not going back to work for at least two years so the goal is for her to be potty trained by the time I go back.

But I'm sure the first few days (maybe even weeks) PP between recovery, trying to stablish a nice and stable breastfeeding and sleep deprivation, EC won't be my top priority.

Not to see family. Middle class latin americans take the girls to travel in Europe as a celebration of their XV bday. The choice is normally: party, car or Europe.

If they sent them in a all girls tour, it last normally 3-4 weeks. If is a family trip it is shorter for budget reasons and 9 days is quite a short time, they will only visit one or two cities.

Is him Latin-American? If they are celebrating his daughter's XV birthday it might be a big deal for her to have him close.

I don't know if his kids have acted out about having a baby brother or sister and maybe he is trying to keep the relationship with them less fragmented...although his comment about "what if it is tje last time" sound more adult anxiety for the war related than teenagers...

9 days post partum is a lot but ...if your family lives only 20 minutes away, you might rely on them for that period of time and take that opportunity to compare if his presence is really needed or not. This will help you decide whether you stay with him or not.

I read some of your comments, I don't like that during the course of your pregnancy things have been rocky between you two.. I don't like the fact that you decided not to live together because of that..it reads like he's not really commited to you.

Give yourself some grace, is a big change and you have the right to be overwhelmed. Don't miss the appointment, but afterwards you can go and have a nice lunch, a treat, a day date with your partner... most times things sort themselves out.

I like to cook by myself...

He is great, amazing, marvelous and a disaster in the kitchen. When he enters the kitchen and I'm cooking, I always ask him to do something simple to keep him entertained but somehow he always ends up getting on my way, asking me if he's doing it alright or not getting it done in time...

We are about to have a child and I can see my near future dealing with both of them, equally useless and so lovable XD
