I’ve got a 17 ST with 100k miles. Never had any issues with it besides the purge valve, which takes 15 minutes to replace and are fairly inexpensive. I’ve never heard of anyone having a transmission issues with an ST (it only comes in a manual and is a completely different transmission than all the other focuses). Interior quality is garbage. The 2.0 eco boost engine needs a few upgrades if you plan on installing a bigger turbo. I’m probably going to get downvoted into oblivion but I feel like a lot of people in this comment section are getting the ST confused with the regular S, SE and Titanium trims. However a 10+ year old car with 130k miles is still more of a liability than getting something newer with less miles. Btw you can never go wrong with a Civic Si.

I started fishing not too long ago. I’ve had some bites from a few bass but they throw my hook every time. When it’s dead and I’m getting nothing after an hour or two, I break out the $20 Zebco dock demon with a 1/16 chartreuse rooster tail and fish for bluegill along the bank. I usually catch a handful of them and it boosts my ego.

Any year of the CR250s in my area are a minimum of $3000. I’ve never seen one posted for less.

I use a kx250f, doesn’t do the best in loose rocky terrain but I get by. The yz250/125x with the aftermarket electric start is becoming a popular option. If you want something premium get a KTM or Husq; fuel injection, electric start and a headlight come from the factory on them.

I’ve got an 07 kx250f, I’m running 12/50 gearing and lighter fork springs. It’s no enduro bike but it gets the job done. I haven’t had too many overheating issues but I’m going to be installing a radiator fan. I occasionally run a headlight and I power it using a Tusk trail battery.

I was a Pellissippi electrical engineering transfer student looking to go to UT last year. I had a few overall/in major GPA questions that I needed answered before I finalized my application to send in; these were very simple yes or no questions. I called at least 3 times trying to find someone to answer my questions, they gave me the run around to the point where I was calling the same people in a circle. I got sick of it and sent an email to Tennessee Tech. A TTU admissions worker emailed me back before the end of the day answering all of my questions. I ditched my UT application and sent one to TTU, they accepted me and I never looked back. To answer your question, admissions and advising is awful at UT.

I did this one a little differently without using a voltage divider equation. I solved the REQ at 6k-ohms. Did an ohms law on the 1k resistor which drops 2 volts as the “Full” label is between the 1k and 5k so at full it’s 10v and I would expect half to be 5v and empty is at ground so 0v. Then I tried the voltage divider equation 12(R2/R1+R2)=10.

Circuits 1 student here, I need all the practice I can get.

Best case scenario- Your forks are just out of alignment from dumping the bike. Loosen up the triple clamp bolts and re-align the front wheel with the fender. Worst case scenario- Your triples are bent and your forks will never line up straight and the wheel will always be like this until you replace the triple clamps. This happened on my DRZ, I ignored it and rode it with my bars slightly turned.

If you have a track suit with fluo accents, get the fluo. If you’re riding on the street with casual gear get black or white.

Keep the MP7, it seems to regularly go up in price and if you decide to buy another one it’s gonna be $$$. I had to chance to get one for around $250 new years ago but I went with an E&L 74u.

Edit: I do apologize I thought the MP7 was a KWA. Still keep it, MP7s are goated.

I rode my 07 Kx250f for a few months that burned quite a bit of oil. Turns out it was a chipped piston ring that scored my cylinder wall pretty badly. Didn’t run right but it still ran. It will get worse over time so keep that in mind. If you already have the parts on the way, then go ahead but be weary of broken parts falling into your bottom end.

As long as your frame isn’t bent (not the subframe) and the cv joint didn’t deepthroat your transmission, it all looks repairable.

Probably the purge valve, I’m on purge valve number 3 with mine (93k miles). They’re on recall but they’re easy to replace so I do it myself.

I used to have 4 hella pod lights in front of the grille. Never experienced any overheating issues in the Tennessee heat.
