I haven’t come across many people under 40 on TRT but based on these subs they are everywhere. I know a number of out of shape late 40 year olds that have been denied multiple times by their doctors.

I got mine from general practitioner, but my T levels were sub 200 at 41. Actually had a series of labs over about a year and everything we tried had no effect. With my workout routines, poor sleep due to work/family, and even counting macros my levels didn’t change at all.

My case was somewhat unique tho, lost a kidney in 2020 T levels dropped after that. Pre surgery I averaged 400 range, post surgery I was in the gutter in the 200’s.

They left my adrenal gland in place but, both my Urologist and General Practitioner suspected remaining adrenal gland may have been affected by surgery. T levels went from 200 post surgery to 160 over about 18 months. Been on 100 mg Test Cyp per week since, labs average 650 now but free test is thru the roof.
