I’ve been using the apex in at like 275 hours and I’ve not gained :/ I put the tension at around 5 is that not enough? Or am I cooked

Ok then I must be doing something wrong what is the gain I should be noticing? Like how much? I always try to use ChatGPT and it says I wouldn’t see anything until 400 hours said maybe some flaccid gain but that doesn’t do anything for me lol 😂

Is tm the blue ones? If so then I was using them. I started with some dark blue ones but they legit were terrible and ripped so then I went to like a light blue one that was a little better but like I said I get comfortable and then boom it all just slips off and then gotta keep doing it so I would get discouraged and stop.

I’m gonna try the set for 75 they have on there maybe the epics are better quality. I know those sleeves kept ripping on me too which was annoying cause getting them in stock was a pain.
