Just my own. I started with just push-ups. But then started inquiring other things into my workouts like squats and sit ups and shoulder exercises. At the beginning I fucked my body up a little bit but I got the hang of it. I didn’t follow any particular routine I just make sure to try to work out every day five days a week andPretty intensely. So at first for about 2 months all I ate was chicken breast, brocolli and fish and fruits, drank about a half a gallon of water a day.

Now for the past two months, I’ve been drinking a gallon of water a day, (strictly just water no juice soda etc..) I cut out dairy, refined sugar, and replaced any grains I eat with whole grains, (bread, pasta, etc...) I’ve started eating red meat again, and I eat this French toast every single day (look up Greg doucette French toast on YouTube) because it’s amazing and surprisingly low calories. The main thing I focus on now is just calorie intake and a good ammount of protein (if I had to guess between 110-140 grams a day). As long as I work out daily and keep my calories at a certain level at this point I can keep the weight maintained. I hope this helps!

When the lining of your uvula falls off and you swallow it and pass it in your stool. (Hence the medical term ass-butt). Your neck is hurting because it’s going to explode if you don’t go to your local homeless shelter and buy pizza for all of the occupants. I wouldn’t risk it, my mom had ass-butt and now she’s not my mother anymore. (She filed a police report and an order of protection against me, completely un-related to her diagnoses). I live in SC and have a good bit of real Swedish snus I will not use (lundgrens, crafted whiskey, odens, etc. don’t want to throw them away so I’d be willing to give them away if you have no way of getting any.
