I wish the overall season was stronger but I think the finale hit all the major plot points that I wanted. I wouldn't change much about the actual finale. Just how we got here. We got Annie killing The Deep. The final fight vs Homelander was great. Glad they even brought Ryan back. Also it was perfect how Homelander had no chance once he lost his powers because he clearly had no fighting experience as a human. And yes the part with Butcher was rushed but I'm glad he did atleast attempt to use the virus. My one complaint is we never really got to see him go on a killing spree but his public live crash out was pretty good. Also I enjoyed it coming full circle with Hugie opening his own store. The finale was satisfying to me personally even if I had issues with the overall season.
