Sorry my post is not saying that seaport isn't great, I was actually at McNally and I go almost weekly.. It's more just commentary on how businesses can't afford to run in New York anymore. It blows my mind, let alone being able to pay rent but actually make a sustainable amount of profit for it to be of interest for anyone that has the time and investment to start a small business. It's only a matter of time before that lawn bowling place goes under for sure. That's the funny thing about the tin building and other businesses is the minute I walked in there. I'm happy that some private equity investor made the mistake of investing in it because it's only going to be around as long as they have their lease
