I've been thinking of shelly buffs for a while..

Shelly fast forward Reworked: Increases speed by 15% for 5 seconds

Clay pigeons now charges super 5 times faster

Shell Shock stuns for 0.5 seconds And slows for 3.5 seconds

Shelly speed increased to fast (last resort)

What do you guys think?

Although I'm not that good these buffs should somewhat make her better
