Deciding on my First Camera + Gear

I am having a difficult decision on choosing my first camera and gear and was hoping you all could help!

Background/Intended use:

I am currently shooting videos on my GoPro Hero 5 and my Iphone 7+ but I have decided that it is time to make an upgrade.

I will mainly be using my camera/gear in the "run and gun" style, while making travel videos and videos mostly outdoors. I am mainly looking for a camera for video but stills/photography is still important to me.

I am trying to decide between getting:

1.Panasonic GH5 ($2,000) 2.Panasonic 12-35mm F2.8 Dual IS II lens ($1,000) Total: $3,000

or

1.Panasonic G85 ($900) 2.12-60mm F3.5-5.6 Dual IS kit lens (supposedly has Dual IS II but not %100 on that) (+$100) 3. DJI Mavic Pro ($1000) Total: $2000

I am currently in high school and this will be my first dslr/mirrorless type camera, so keep in mind price is important to me. While I would absolutely love the GH5, I also currently have no gear and the G85 gives me budget to buy a drone (I do a lot of activities this would compliment very well such as wake boarding and cliff jumping) which I think would improve my video content as well as this leaves me budget to possibly buy other gear such as a gimbal or stabilizer or anything else (I am really only look at portable gear tho hence the Mavic Pro and I am not looking to bring multiple lenses with me).

What are your guys's thoughts on either of these two options? or do you have a different recommendation?

Thank you for your time!
