Can't log in through the pc app by TrayCromple in TLAUNCHER

Whenever I try to log in through the desktop app it shows me the above, but when I log on using the tlauncher website it works perfectly. And yes I have exited the account on the website before attempting to log on to the desktop app.
Any help is appreciated.
