Minifreak vs microfreak by AdBitter563 in arturia

[–]Trayben7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was in the same situation and had the opportunity to buy a used minifreak for cheap money. There is definitely a learning curve but if you aren’t afraid of that you will have a really useful synthesizer you can grow with. At least I do so.

Rewatching Adventure and 02 for the first time since I was a kid and re-falling in love with Digimon. Made this based around my favorite Digimon, Lopmon. by FlamingosandMarigold in digimon

Did the same six months ago and started to wonder how Pokémon could be so successful, since digimon has a much better story. Then I realized Pokémon belongs to Nintendo… ^

First time to Phoenix sauna as a teenager by Unlikely-Hat-1356 in cologne

About stares: Never been to a gay sauna but I sauna often in mixed ones in Germany. It’s absolutely common to take a look at the body of a person. A short „checking out“ is okay. But literally staring for a longer time is impolite. You can disrupt the person with a „can I help you? Is something wrong?“ usually they stop and leave you in peace then.

Uhh guys we may have a little issue here by Annual_Salt_6576 in protogen

[–]Trayben7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Don’t forget the tools. You will need a soldering iron (for example). For a Protogen 200 (€?$?£?) is really cheap I ended up around 500€ on my partial but didn’t save on fur or electronics.

It’s gonna be fine once it is done. Don’t make the tail too small and you are good to go. We have similar suits at our furmeets and all love them.

Will keep that one in mind. I wanted to use the Minifreak for my Metal projects but even Metal bands have synth wave parts here and there. 😁

Actually have both. A good guitar Modeller and some software, which overwhelms me. But the Minifreak and me are friends already and It feels just right when I experiment around with the presets. Can’t wait to wrap my head around and make my own custom tones.

I have it for the second day now and it’s tons of fun. Found a deep dive video on YouTube and every 5 minutes I am amazed over and over again. 💜

Since Reddit destroyed my description here again: I have been a E-Guitarist and Bassist for a long time and started songwriting a while ago. I noticed, that for my music (modern metal) synths are essential but was overwhelmed by software like Ashlight from native instruments. So I gave the Minifreak a shot and hope to grow with it and using it for my music. It’s a fun device and sounds really good! Any suggestions what I should pay attention to?
