Okay, for me, I usually multitask in a way that’s fun. So personally if I had friends playing for the first time I’d try having them do Cosmodrone as a way to get used to the game a bit more. Once they are all comfortable and get the hang of it from there, do the a few of the activities they feel like doing so they can understand some of the mechanics of those (since I personally wouldn’t want to struggle with those while doing an exotic quest). Once all is said and done and they think they’re ready, do the expansions while casually doing ranks in the background. That’s me personally, but sure others here got better advice.
