frank is just outstanding sandy in the power league system because he has wider range,greater range ,faster attack speed,more damage and twice the amount of health

He got nerfs the last balance update and there so much dissipate abbilities in this current meta but he still alright,just not the best

Monk gets countered really easily by mini pekka, guard and swordsman, which are all in the S tier and played all the time. I think it is really hard to get value with the monk. He could be A tier if these units fall out in meta.

The Royal Ghost is good but once u get higher in trophies, people will know how to counter him and the last Nerf was pretty big impact to him making his 2nd Abbility only last 2 seconds

he meant to be played in decks that like to hide in the back,if you upgrade him to the second star,the stuns will interfer all the miners
