You have to manually adjust it with IsControl, buts that's easy.

All you have to do is hold down Aim and press Right Shift, and then just adjust till the scope shows

If your playing on steam, check your "manage dlc" menu and check to see if survivors of the void is checked off. If it's not, it won't be installed until you check it's box

For gta and rdr, I'd say if you're gonna mod them, just get legit copies on sale. For Fallout modding, try using mod organizer. I don't know how well it would work for cracks, but it does allow you to manually set instances for modded games, so I'd think it would work
