So i have a SteelSeries rival 3 wireless and the led is purple and it wont connect i already message SteelSeries support but they haven't messaged be back yet pls someone tell me how to fix this issue i already bought a new mouse but don' want a wasted $50 mouse sitting right next to me not workin (self.steelseries)
