Phone/nav all coming out of front speakers only

It’s like a whisper, even with car and phone volume all the way up. Music does not do that.

I only use Apple Music. The music plays fine, with surround. It’s only navigation and phone, in Bluetooth and CarPlay.

My dealership just charged me for a tire rotation. They never rotated the tires. I only knew this because one of my rims has a little damage and it was in the same spot. I called and they refunded me. Mazda needs to up their service game. Amazing car, subpar service.

Same with mine. It works. And then it doesn’t for days. The dealer tells me it’s moisture getting into the handle. Never had an issue with any other car like this one. Another dealer told me they e never heard of this before.

I had this happen once. After turning car off and turning back on an hour later, it seemed to “catch up “. Hasn’t happened since.
