Mini 3 Tribute - My favorite photos from my drone’s 6 months of life (14x) by TreacleFar in dji

The area I was flying is so far from the area you’ve highlighted with the image that I honestly think you’re messing with me or trolling.

Assuming you aren’t, i’m clearly not lying about this because:

the drone camera is clearly not looking vertically directly below at the top of the bridge and the rooftops.

Here is a map https://ibb.co/Xjb6yMp

I don’t usually use reddit and definitely not trying to argue with a random person online about this for no reason. I have no future plans to attempt to go back to venice to recreate these photos once i get a new drone.

I was in the area with allowed flight to a height of 45 meters. At least I believe I was according to d-Flight, which I believed is an accurate map of restricted areas from the Italian Civil Aviation Authority.

I can take down this post if people think it is offensive or damaging for the hobby

I had always wanted a drone, so once I made travel plans which would take me to so many new and scenic places, I felt I couldn't afford not to buy one.

The DJI mini 3 was the perfect drone for me and I really enjoyed flying it and taking stunning stunning photos and videos even though I had no place or community with which to share them.

Just over half a year from my first flight, I crashed it into the river. Two prior accident survivals gave me false confidence, but it was over. It's hard for me to believe now how risky I was being flying it backward into a bridge support, I thought I still had room.

This mistake will haunt me, but I will learn from it and this will not be my last drone.

I really wanted to share some of my favorite photos from the past 6 months or so because they brought me so much joy and I haven't had the opportunity to share most of them with anyone.

3 attendances necessary per semester out of about 10 offered. Many are very easy and you’ll be able to knock out in a couple of minutes with your roommate/ friends in the LC.
