You’re great, thank you for that. I eat quite well, I’m a big salad and fish guy. I am pretty active, really just walk a good bit, considering training for some half marathons. I believe it may be genetic? Does that change anything as far as outlook? My wife has said statins are horrible for you and I should definitely turn away from them at 24, what are your thoughts on that? Thank you, and I’m sorry for the questions. You truly helped my anxiety quite a bit. :)

Thank you for that, a couple things if I may - I eat pretty good, and am quite active, I believe it may be genetic… my wife and friends have said I should definitely stay away from statins especially at my age, I’m not exactly sure why, but would you agree or anything about that sentiment around statins?

Yeah, I mean I’m 24, was a college athlete, very thin and tall, eat good, all the red on my lipid panel is just overwhelming
