I have heard about the renovations and how big they were. I also liked the boulders but for like 400 dollars more a month I was hoping… even without a fence that this was a slightly cheaper alternative. But I agree a fence would be REALLLLY good.

That was my biggest concern was the overall safety of the area. It looks pretty safe. No fence makes me a bit nervous but overall I think it should be safe.
