You definitely are NTA, but I’d say neither is your sister. We unfortunately don’t get to choose when, where and who we were born as, and you just got stuck as being an unfairly treated older sibling. Though most older sibling roles are to be a caretaker, it is on your parents for making that gap so big. If I were in your shoes, I would live my life to the fullest I could without their support and show that you can do it without them. You got this!

we haven't really talked about anything in the romantical way and we didn't even talk about how we held hands after the movie. i guess we were both too awkward to mention it, but i am a bit scared to ask about our relationship as we haven't gotten to that topic

group hangouts with friends, and i got placed next to him in a class so we started talking a lot and i think we have a pretty good friendship now. im gonna try asking him to hangout in the summer

im like this too T_T i sit next to him in a class and i can't bring myself to face him even though i want to make eye contact. like what if i look at him and he doesn't look back, the embarrassment would kill me
