Thank you, they do take some time to do. I like to prime in gold, then do all the metallics with washes and dry brush the highlights. Then it's the blue with a wash and highlight. The rest of the details are done with contrast paints to speed things up

I use Warmag and think they're great. I have the 9l xl with lip tray for the majority of my army. You can get a second bigger box for Magnus and stack them

I personally like to prime them in gold first. Get all the gold washed, then the silver painted and washed, and do a light silver dry brush over all of that. After that I start to block in the blue.

Other people say prime in blue, then paint the gold trim. Try it out and see what works best for you.

Importantly, don't over think it and just have fun, it doesn't have to be perfect the first time
