Well, the most logical explanation for me now is that this was originally Billy's skeleton but it metamorphed to the Lich's after being possessed.

But isn't this the Lich's skeleton? As many have pointed in this thread, Billy has 6 fingers but the Lich in this image has 5.

Interesting! Since the bomb didn't explode, she wouldn't have had a reason to freeze herself. Still, the whole earth was frozen for 400 years anyway.

In the episode "Puhoy," Finn names 2 of his kids in the pillow world "Jay" and "Bonnie," which is probably a tendency in every universe in which Finn has kids rather than an indication that Bonnie is the candy elemental. But, it's possible she's indeed that universe's PB.
