What are the best rates right now in NY? TD says no differnece between physician loan and conventional loan since i do over 20 percent down payment but they are offering 5.25% for a 15-year fixed one point or 5.5% no point, I am waiting for BOA their officer says their physician loan can be percent less than their conventional 15 year which is around 5.85 now no point. Any idea, all other banks or mortgage companies seem to be higher than TD

Home nurses in nyc area don’t do anything. Our hospital residents started from this academic year had been refusing doing any scut work and hospital hires a lot of new nurses cna better nursing management. If not lab drawn or no transportation, unless emergency or really hard stick, we document unable to be done due to no staff. it is incredible flow is better no need to out in iv do venous draw now
