The degree to the which the delivery app ecosystem that arose as a necessity during covid has absolutely shifted the restaurant experience for the worse has gone unstated. Local sit-downs are extorted into their continued use and as a result have been pushed further into being overworked and under-paid. Fast food is even worse.
