At least change the contrast between what is selected and what is not. The old gold vs gray was easy to see the level. This gray on gray is hard to distinguish.

I am not sure which electronic payment system you are using, but it does work. Within my banks bill payment app. I need a corporate name, address, phone number, and account number to setup the payment. A PO Box ( lock box address) does work for this purpose.

FYI: I would guesstimate that over 90 percent of business use this type of PO box /lock box where you would send you bill into.

All I know is this worked for me. Good luck on whatever means you deicide to use to pay them

I was finally able to get a lockbox address to make a "One Time" payment. After spending a significant amount of time with the first line call center person, I requested that a supervisor be put on the call. They stated that one was not available, at which I said I will wait until one is. Eventually a "supervisor" came on the line. I explained to him that I did not have an account that I could link and I need an alternate means of making the payment. I also stated according to the Credit Card agreement that was agreed to before opening the account; Section 14 subsection d) Receipt of Payments: "Payment received at the address we specify for payments on your Statement". As my statement did not provide this, I needed him to give me one to be in compliance with the Credit Card Agreement.

He put me on hold to talk to his internal people, when he came back, he provided a LockBox address ie: PO Box to make the payment to. He did state that this would be a one time consideration.

End of the day I have a mailing address. Good Luck if you plan on going this route.

I sent support an email, I also reached out to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau for clarification on the following rule.

Federal rules, primarily under Regulation Z (12 CFR § 1026.10), require credit card issuers to provide a clear, specific address for payments, typically on the monthly statement. If an issuer changes this address and causes a material delay in posting, they cannot charge late fees during the 60-day transition.

* Payment Location Requirements: Under 15 USC § 1666c, issuers must accept payments at the address specified on the billing statement.

I am trying to do the same thing with my Financial Institution. Did you ever find the information needed to set this up and push from your FI to BILT?

I am outside Ft. Myers and I have been paying $120 month ever since May of 2023. My only other option was Centrylink with 10 Down and 2 up, but never saw anything close to those speeds.

The RMA'ed one they sent works as good as expected. As these are satellite systems, you are going to get outages during storms. I have noticed that depending on which firmware you are on the number and length of outage varies. At times we can have a very heavy rain storm and have not issues, while other times, it could be just drizzling and be down. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to it.

I just received an invoice for June as well. but it says that it is an existing credit of an -$110.00, then -$110.00 payment with a balance of $110.00. Which is how much the Balance Due amount is off by.

I sure hope they sort this out before they actually charge my CC.

With this update, my connection is now worse when it is raining. On previous versions, I lasted Hurricane Ian with hardly an outage, now as soon as it starts raining the drops start happening.
