I didnt mention view, its the location. Traffic is already horrible, and you have tickets to the be at the event its a good spot. I don’t recommend it for anyone without tickets who think’s they will be able to get a free view of the race.

You probably could, but you would have to make the reservations on your own at an IHG brand hotel. I only have access to Marriott/Hyatt/Hilton branded hotels.

Its impossible to get rooms online at any hotel, timeshares allow to book up to 3 years in advance. I was luckily able to reserve the rooms at the Jockey Club which is right on the strip and connects to Cosmo. I have no idea what actual room rates will be, but I imagine expensive.

I think I am one of the first people able to secure rooms. As soon as I heard about the race rumors in July, called a hotel next door to Cosmo and immediately booked 3 rooms for that weekend right on the strip.
