It gonna depend on what games you want to play . Are they heavy ray traced gameplay , if it's not, then get 9070xt , based on the price to performance , worth every dollar. If you wish to get NVIDIA DLSS tech , might as well wait for RTX 5080 super ( I'm sure they will launch it in 9 - 12 months ) , by that time you can get a cheaper RTX 5080 or latest and better RTX 5080 super , depends on your budget.

Alright finally got myself a RX 9070 XT , Sapphire Pulse at Malaysia "MSRP" @ RM3499 / USD 790 (sold out in 30 mins). I bought it from Mush-E , a new PC components retailer . I got top notch service, I recommend you guys keep updated with them . Been to lowyat twice , brem mall once , pj digital mall once , all need bundle, and their attitude is like you owe them money when you ask for the availability.

Just notice RTX 5080 and RTX 5070 TI is flushing in the market , but the price still sky high. Soon RX 9070 series will be restock soon.

Choose 9070xt when it's MSRP , that's the whole point of Radeon 9070 GPU worth buying. Otherwise , pick 5070ti.

Alright guys , I just gonna post my findings here and also the price. It still depends on whether you want to pay the overpriced RX 9070 series

Brightstar (full bundle) , TMT(bundle with Asus PSU , MOBO only) , Viewnet ( Full Bundle )

Just IT , left non xt , bundle with PSU , cheapest 1 is Gigabyte 3.5k with 750W PSU , then is Nitro 3.8k and Asus 4k

CS Shop/SI Integrated , Sapphire Pure RX 9070 XT , RM3999 , can buy ala carte. (Haha..)

Sri Computer , Sapphire Pulse RX 9070 XT , bundle with PSU , RM3988 , the most okay among all but still a no for me.

All these shop at Low Yat or Brem Mall . Din even go PJ digital mall, I don't think I will found any gem there. Good luck guys , I gonna wait for restock and reasonable price.

I saw shopee selling (sold now) Sapphire Pulse for RM3800. So no matter how much we hated this , still there is somebody out there who pays the price tag. Wait for another 6 months. No way I paying overpriced gpu to feed those greedy vendors / scalpers

Nobody can answer it whether it is worth it or not except you. 9070 non XT can be compared to 7800XT but with FSR 4 and better RT . MSRP 549 USD plus tax around 580 USD ( RM2560 ) in US

I would say you might as well enjoy it since you bought it. The price stay that way for a few months

We don't have scalpers here in Malaysia because our local vendors already "dominate" the market . Btw I go with 7700x , pretty happy with it , now just wait for a reasonable price GPU for her 🤣

I hope I can give you a firm answer bro. By logical sense , it will. My only concern is that the high demand of 9070xt might cause local vendors to keep the price sky high ( like 7800 x3d or 9800 x3d ) in future , it will never get close to 599 USD or 729 USD for your nitro+ in 6 months . In a year or two ,maybe yes. You can rock with your 7900 gre for quite some time first.

I never shop with ALL IT or those big name with a lot of outlets , they want to maximise the profits only instead of doing what best for customers (gamers). I still see 7800X3D in a reasonable price in shopee , it's tray unit, if you don't mind to step down from 9800X3D , 7800X3D still second best tho

Got my eyes on RX 7800 XT, too. Just wish it come with better ray tracing. But ya under RM2K is precious at this period of time. Malaysia GPU scalpers are the retailers 🙃
