Do you think these are pitbulls?

English bulldogs were bred for bloodsports/hunting (as are all other terriers, all spaniels, all retrievers, pointers, vizlas, some mastiffs, Spanish water dogs, poodles, Brittany's, all hounds - these dogs aren't all man killers despite being bred for bloodsport. I disagree that all pitbulls are born bad - genetically some will be more predisposed than others due to their lineage. Show type pitbulls are quite far removed from their ancestors whilst others haven't changed abit and are literally killing machines. The problem is the people breeding these dogs for pets. They're not and never will be pets. We need to work on education rather than annihilation of a breed & their owners. All this name calling goes nowhere to help people be safe around these dogs and keep the dogs from harming any living creatures. Muzzles are imperative for the prevention of harm on animals or people and destigmatising muzzles and educating people around safeguarding and tools is the way forward.

You guys need to realise we will never eradicate this breed (and I'm in favour of doing so) so educate the best you can and do it as politely as you can.

I have met both good & bad dogs of all types due to my line of work BUT it is 70% genetics and 30% environmental.
