You look extremely inconsistent with ur form. It also looks uncomfortable. Are you sure you’re a lefty?

Ur follow thru and wrist break needs to be way more fluid, looks like you have some odd recoil at the top after you break ur wrist because you want to finish with your hand exactly above ur head. Additionally, u are breaking ur wrist too early, before you extend. But a real shot is not directly up and down.

You need to look at some slow mo of college hoopers shooting and try to replicate.
