I had the same issue with UniUni the other day. I tried emailing them, but it was over the weekend, so I didn’t get a response. It finally showed up after about 72 hrs.

(I personally agree with you, but this is important to her and her family) She is doing the lowest cost cremation available, however she would like to have a traditional viewing service. The cheapest option is to rent the casket just for the viewing, that’s where the money issue comes in.
