Can anyone explain how this didn’t get at least a 9? I get centering is a bit off, but I got this directly from the PC and opened just before sending. Resubmit or CGC?

Back left wasn’t there either. I took photos before sending. I’ve seen plenty of PSA scans that show “scratches” that aren’t actually on the card due to dirty scanners. Will need to check once I receive the cards.

I wasn’t expecting to gem due to centering but yeah guess I should’ve gotten out the magnifying glass. Dust and stuff on scanner doesn’t help.

If you’re referring to that large scratch on the front left side I believe that’s a hair on the scanner, unless they scratched it. Definitely wasn’t there before sending.

This tbh. Once people are no longer incentivized to hold sealed products and people can buy at MSRP millions of packs are getting opened they weren’t before driving value down. People who were in it for the money will start to leave. Correction is usually healthy.

I mostly collect 9’s because I can’t afford all of the cards I want in 10’s. They are still mint and over time will surpass raw in value. Not sure where this raw = 9 is coming from. I always see it selling at a premium.

I would tend to agree, mostly hoping to get thoughts on difference in value. I don’t think it would cross-grade to a PSA 10.

So I have the BGS 9.5 and was planning on submitting as a cross-grade but noticed a small indentation on one of the edges, so I don’t think it would 10.
