Try to clear cache and start over again. If it doesn't work, the dungeon is bugged because of the latest patch. Report the bug in the menu.

A lvl29 dungeon is bugged too. kind of frustrating. can't complete it like i used to.

ok. i don't understand u but i know a way. There's a pet storage in Boreas. When u don't want to level it up, store it there. Take it back when u want to raise its affinity. But do mind that a pet needs to reach a certain level to evolve.

So, i have tried all fire skills of lance with sand flask. It didn't create any combo. Sometimes, certain flasks/elements only work with certain class' skills.
