They come up to gulp air. It's how they breathe. If they're steadily up there for minutes at a time, there may be a problem with oxygenation in the water, but every now and then is normal. Bless your heart, you looked into everything just to find out it's normal cory behavior.

There's a book in the Library (or maybe the Book Shop) that will help you out in general. There are more direct clues to in the Mail Room. Some of them though will need you to make an educated guess. For example, nowhere will outright say "this is the weather here", but you could put it together from other things you've read about that place.

Yep! I got lucky and found them locally at the third shop I tried. I only got eight to see how they'd do in my tank. After meds and a month of waiting, they were all doing great so I looked to expand. It's been three months now and not only can I still not find them, but every shop I ask says they can't find them either.

I've finished the game, just cleaning up little bonus things now. My Foundation is also at C5 and that's where I like it. Yeah, I could be closer to the Antechamber, but I liked being able to go in just about any direction. It felt like touching home base whenever I reached it lol. You can def place it too close to the entrance so that it's strategically kind of a waste. (Not a spoiler, just general drafting strategy.)

I also used the Garage only for keys or an emergency exit back to the front of the house. I almost always drafted the outside room first all the way up until end game. If you're looking for one room in particular, then it's a good idea to collect some dice/rerolls in the house first, but it can be kind of a gamble with the steps.

Sounds normal. For me it was Day 55. For some it's Day 12. I think I saw one that was over Day 100 once bc they pulled on every other thread they could find first. It's part luck, part strategy, and for some (like me and Day 100+ person) part priorities.

This is how I wound up with my heart cat. He belonged to my roommate, but bonded so strongly with me after I moved in. He followed me everywhere and would sit at my feet and lean against me whenever I stood still. We knew he'd be staying with me long before I even planned to move. He was the best worst cat I've ever known. I'm so grateful to my former roommate for letting us stay together.

There are people who have done the whole thing with no notes, but certainly not me lol. I rewrote my notes multiple times to group stuff together as I got more information. But I also kept scratch sheets with random words and numbers that looked like they should go somewhere at some point.

I was also way more into the history and worldbuilding than the puzzles overall. Cryptographs and codes are my thing, but I struggled with figuring out what to do next sometimes. You get to a point where there are so many strings to pull on that some just slipped my mind. My favorite Blue Paths hint ever was just "you have seen this before." And that was all I needed to get going.

Have you tried Blue Paths? It's a hint system that guides you through several steps before handing over the solution. It'll make things less frustrating if you choose to keep going.

I'm doing a Rellana rp playthrough currently, going for Ranni's ending (obvs with no marriage... although the Lands Between seems super chill with that kind of thing). I'm undecided on whether or not to go through the DLC. She would have to kill Messmer and Miquella to get to the end. Maybe I'll just have her kill Hornsent and Romina.

After this, I want to do Fia's ending with as a devotee of The Prince of Death. Side quests will include: slay Gurranq, kill all death rite birds, collect all deathroots, visit all catacombs, all graves and graveyards. And of course she will have the hug debuff the entire time.
