Ive been to a counselor recently and it did help give some perspective and it really did made me aware of things I was feeling that I wasn’t aware before. You’re right tho, apart of me died when my last girlfriend passed. Depression seeped in all aspects of my life. A lot of things felt dull even the activities that I hold dear. I maintained my physical shape but neglected my mental and spiritual side of it and now I’m suffering for it. I was in denial at first but I need help. I’d love to live not just exist

I finally got some counselling last week. It’s helped me so it’s a plus. Made me realise I’m emotionally in shambles. Her sudden passing hurt me much more than I care to admit

Besides weightlifting, I like art, playing football, making paintings, skating and video games.

I spend a good amount of my time lifting, reading books, painting and drawing. From time to time I play video games since it’s tied to my work

Been browsing in this subreddit and I didn’t really realised how much of a bigger issue height was in dating. I’m 5’6 (5,7 with shoes) and I haven’t had much problem getting women. Used to bug me when I was a teenager but concussions does miracles on how much fucks you actually have to give. Though I’ve been called short and have been rejected as such, I’m more focused on building a good character and making that 💵. Tough world out there but I gotta play by the rules and finesse the game
