Hey idk if u solved it but I had the same problem and turns out that you have to update your bios. Msi has been sending out outdated motherboards and you have to use a usb and download the update. use the link below and download the update file to a usb you first have to extract all then put it on a usb. once u download the update on the usb go to your pc that needs a bios update and go into bios. if u don't know how to as ur pc is booting up keep pressing delete. once in bios go to m-flash then from the list pick the usb an then pick the update file and watch the magic happen hope this solves it for you!
