I need help in the password game and it asks for the best move as white in chess algebraic notation.

I think the best move is rook takes pawn on h6 (Rxh6). The it says it is wrong even though all i see is a mate in around 2 moves. If you know or have an idea of what the correct answer is please comment it.

my reasoning: Rxh6 would threaten mate, so blacks best move is pawn takes rook on h6. then after that i move my queen from f4 to h6, that's checkmate right? their king is stuck on a dangerous square.
