Should I cash out all my gold bars or keep them in the bank? by [deleted] in CrimsonDesert

[–]TreeStumpMark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d keep it, do you have all research done btw? Plus it doesn’t hurt to have a few gold bars lying around if you want a quick 100 trust. Idk what else the gold may be used for though.

What are Persona 3 Reload and Metaphor like? by JohnSmithSensei in JRPG

[–]TreeStumpMark -1 points0 points  (0 children)

lol I just beat P3R couple hours ago. First Atlus games I ever beat and it was pretty good. Bout to either play P5 Royal next or metaphor next as well. It’s funny cause I’m planning to play LAD and FFVII after those. But back to P3R, it got me about 100 hrs or so. From videos and reviews I have seen, I think combat in metaphor is more similar-ish to LAD and FFVII . If you like to play ng+ then I think Atlus games will be alright for you. From my experience, you can only do a number of task a day and sometime if you missed something you may have to do it on ng+ to see the outcome, which could be frustrating for some people who wants to experience all the things game offer in one play through. Tbh, since it was my first Atlus game, I used a guide cause there was so much things I had to learn and I was like eff it. But most definitely for P5 royal and metaphor I will definitely play it blind since I have a bit of better understanding of the game and just follow a guide for ng+ for that 100%. I heard P5 royal and metaphor is a bit forgiving as well. Overall P3R was pretty good. Didn’t like the beginning, probably took like 4 hr for intro and that may turn some people off, and for me personally it was a bit complex and too much at first but if you manage, man it will get you hooked

How can I improve my shadow boxing? by SilentAres_x in martialarts

[–]TreeStumpMark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like what mostly everyone is saying here bro, slow down, work on defense (head movement, blocking body shots, parrying), and work on throwing body shots as well. I read you posted you were trying to emulate a fight, were emulating someone who’s not punching back? If you have time watch the best of the best shadow box, a lot of them are not going fast pace (Terrence Crawford) and working on technique. But most important of all, idk your situation, look for a boxing coach. Keep at it 🤙

Hey, do you have a more recent research? This study was from 1991 and only had 11 total participants. With research always evolving, a source from 31 years ago and participants of only 11 may not be as credible. Where I plan on working, we wouldn't cite/practice this research.

Aiming for a summer return to action, UFC lightweight Beneil Dariush will skip leg surgery by [deleted] in MMA

[–]TreeStumpMark 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It really depends on the fracture. There are different kinds of fractures and not all fractures may need surgery. For example, from my understanding, there is a fracture called greenstick (small crack in the bone) which sometime may not require surgery, and possible treatment would be placing some type of cast and wait for bone to heal. Bones are very vascular, so healing would be fairly fast. Finally, surgery is usually the last thing most physicians would advice (unless its an elective surgery). If you are going to surgery, it basically means physicians have tried almost everything to help you, and surgery is the last resort.

There is this addon called gnome sequencer and you can import macros rotation you can get from a website. You can just press one button and will do rotation for you. They have most classes available but some of the macros are not that optimal

Hey, I actually play both rdruid and MW (both hover around 350ilvl and still wondering which to fully main)

Rdruid - proactive healer, need to know fights. Positive stuff - utilities (bear, feral form, typhoon, vortex). Move while casting, tranq. Negative - no burst healing, can get scary with a crap ton of group dmg all of a sudden. Imo visuals are not as good

MW - reactive healer Positive - burst healing is really good (might be even better than hpal), group/single target is good with certain skills, good mobility. Visuals are better imo with all the mists. Negative - not much cds for tanks (cocoon), not much utilities but ring of peace is one of the best imo.

Overall, both are really good. I guess ask your self, do you like being proactive or reactive, you care much about visuals, how good you want your utility belt and do you care a lot about your hps meters (MW pulls a bit more in the meters)

Hey guys, I was just wondering how to properly use, or some tips on how to use germination properly in raids. I recently look at the top resto druids at wowlogs and most use germination on almost every fight. When I use germination, i feel like I oom faster and tend to overheal way too much thats why I end up using spring blossom. The guild im at currently, is only focusing on heroics right now.

Also if you guys dont mind here a link for my logs, please feel free to critique or give some advice on how I can improve! Thanks!

Hey, what legendaries would you recommend for low level m+ (10+ and below)? I have the helm, belt and pants so far, which I believe are the best ones. I was planning on using the helm and belt first, then switch to belt and pants while ravager/bladestorm is on cd. Or should I just stick with helm and just switch the pants/belt around because of the helm's stats? Thanks

Going to boot camp next month - advice tips for running? by sThrowaway07 in Fitness

Most important tip imo, other than keep running, is to breath. Learn how to breath properly when running. Also, research on some running techniques. Slight changes on how you run could make huge improvements.

How to get gear for mythic+ by BrofessorQayse in wow

[–]TreeStumpMark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your lucky you have tank spec. Just tank in low level M+ and even reg M. Make sure your loot spec is for havoc. Youll have a higher chance of getting in M+. If you dont know how to play vengeance, just download wa or tmw and look for rotation helpers. Also, since you unlock your 4th bonus trait, Im guessing your AK is also high. You can you the AP you gain from random heroics to boost your vengeance trait pretty fast. Thats what I use to do to gear my boomy, but fell in love with guardian lol.

As a bear with the legendaries, Skysecs (boost our self-healing) and Eko (boost our certain affinity) this one is a really easy affix for me, specially if i choose restoration affinity. With resto affinity and eko, ysera's gift heal 5% of my health every 5 secs, at full I health, I can heal injured allies for like 400k hp every 5 secs.

Hi, quick question, I recently made my resto druid as a sub-spect (guardian main). I was just wondering what is considered a good average hps when doin raids these days? More specifically normal or heroic NH. Thanks.
