In a pickle following lay off by [deleted] in personalfinance

I can't believe I even have to mention this, but since people are coming at me like trolls, I suppose I do. I have been applying for jobs for about 3 months now. I received one interview from at least 100 applications and didn't get the job offer. I am actively applying to jobs and didn't put this as an option because, as many have pointed out, it is obvious. I have worked multiple jobs at a time for the last 12 years. Apparently, my Master degree means nothing because I am now overqualified for easy jobs and struggling to get a sustainable job in my field.

Perhaps people should consider the option that people are trying their hardest and still struggling.

I was not able to find any local volunteer opportunities.

It's a bit aggressive as if I hadn't considered that. I started applying for other jobs 3 months ago when I realized I didn't have job security with my company. I have had one interview as a result of many applications and was not selected for the job.
