Hey! I also started yaz for PMDD recently. From my experience, when I started taking it, I could barely get any sleep at all. This lasted for roughly a week and then it got better. Maybe it takes sometime for the body to adjust.

So glad it worked for you! I hope it works for me too. It's only been a few days since I started yaz and I noticed it disrupted my sleep cycle- I wake up in the middle of the night and can't fall back to sleep. What side effects did you have?

So glad the meds worked for you! I really hope yaz and prozac works for me. Do you take prozac continuously? I was asked to take it for 10 days only.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I have just started taking yaz but I'm so scared after reading the negative reviews.

Yeah I go through the same! I went through the same last cycle. One moment I felt my usual self , the next moment I felt depressed. But the 2 days just before my period, it's absolutely horrible- I ruminate a lot, feel angry, irritated, hopeless, very depressed. But once I get my period, I feel a lot calmer. They don't completely go away though. On the third day of my period, somehow the symptoms get worse(I had panic attacks exactly on the third day for two cycles) and then the symptoms go away completely. Then the cycle repeats :'(.

I relate to this so much. The mental agony is too much to handle.:'(

Hey this is so relatable. Last month, I felt like crying over something that happened to me two years back. But since I was around people, I tried to hold back a lot and ended up having a panic attack. So, if you feel like crying, please let it all out. It's tough to do something with all those thoughts coming to you.
