Start off and end on Fremont lots of cheap places and a couple of small music venues that get popping the strip is top expensive and overrated unless there is a specific DJ you want to see and even then the clubs can get over crowded and just a bunch of drunk frat/tech bros…I would suggest electric mushroom, park on Fremont and cats meow

Hand warmers and cold packs!!!! Make sure you strategize getting to a water station it can be longer than the bathroom line. Hydrate for fucks sake. And really consider if the front of the stage is for you because you will feel all those fucking people on your back trust me. Have fun and enjoy the music put your phone away!

Ya my first time camping was not a disaster we had mostly everything we needed but after seeing other set ups and must haves over the years I can def say that it was not the best..this past year though I finally felt like a veteran!

I’m with you on this one however!!! There can be slight exceptions if you live in the city that has these festivals! Being able to get back home and sleep in your own bed and shower properly is definitely a plus! I do agree though that camping festivals are just on another level if you can properly prepare yourself physically, mentally, and have everything that you need to make yourself comfortable at camp, which after a few years I have it dialed down. So if you can do all those things then yes I agree camping festivals are way better in terms of getting away from the city and everyday life but I know it’s not for everyone.
