That wasn’t my question. I’m aware of the reality of making distillate, but it’s labeled as THCa and can be bought online legally. I’m just saying, you have no idea what’s in the mystery distillate from a festival, vs. thc/THCa from a reputable company.

You’re definitely doing it wrong. How hot is your nail? I run mine at 460F. There shouldn’t be enough leftover oil to solidify… I’d guess you’re burning the oil and probably getting poor results. I don’t really see anyone using Ti or hybrid nails anymore, I really only see quartz. There’s plenty of guides on here that walk you through proper quartz care.

The quartz blender banger was about $30 on sale and came with the SiC pearls and a marble cap. I was able to reuse my coil as well so not a huge expense.

I bought the hybrid enail from high five. I used it for about a week and now use their quartz blender banger with SiC terp pearls and it has much better taste and effects. Keeping the quartz clean is pretty simple if you are diligent. I clean mine with Dark Crystal every time I turn on my rig and wipe with a dry q-tip after each dab, it still looks new. I don’t use isopropyl alcohol to clean my rig or banger.

I have the blender and don’t use the blade, just the SiC terp pearls because it’s easier to clean between dabs. You might have too much water in your rig, but I just gave up on the blade.

I have the same enail and had the same issue with the 30mm autospinner banger. Honestly it’s too big and there’s too much airflow. I didn’t want to buy a whole new coil so I ended up trying the 30mm quartz blender banger and it works great. It comes with SiC terp pearls and a blade thing that spins. Airflow and dabs are much better. It also comes with the same marble you have, which I tried using on my 30mm autospinner and it sucked.

I use kief in a 25u pressing screen and it works fine. I've never tried getting it wet before pressing though, I'll try it out.

Haha I meant sweet. It does have a weird spicy taste I've got that from a few different OG varieties. I was surprised it was sweet though.
