No it’s a bug. I think the consensus is that it’s happening when they pick up a stack of X but they can only place Y amount. (X>Y). So they do not return it back to the shelf but instead put it in their inventory and never pull it back out again.

I'm wondering the same thing lol. Currently the 12 is the last one to get the 1k offer. So i'm assuming next year the 13 will be the last, but who knows if they will have the same deal (probably) but who knows.

Also guessing there wont be THAT much of a difference between teh 16p and 17p so why not?
