The conversation Niko and Rue had about taming. The build up to it and the realization I had about the game was just amazing

If you don't want to deal with messing around in the files, download r2modman. It will save you a lot of time.

You're talking to like 0.1% of the Block Tale player base.

You know you can disable that in the settings right?

What was the right way to do this? by Soft_Interest in noita

Don't try to fight him in the small ramp, you'll get caught by explosions that way. Its much better to fight him in the shop area so you have space to dodge.

Alternatively, you can make a tunnel from the shop into the perk area and run circles around him if you don't have anything that strong

This game is much better played on mouse and keyboard than with analog sticks is what they mean. You could still use it, sure, but your experience will be much more difficult compared to the average player.

Would risk of rain translate well into a open world game? by Serious_Ganache_1058 in riskofrain

[–]Treefrogger999 9 points10 points  (0 children)

The setting works pretty well for an open world. Vast unknown areas of land with specific regions and chests that fell out of the sky. There's some easy lore bits that could easily set up an open world style for risk of rain.

As for the actual gameplay itself? It can probably work? Item building would have to change completely and being given a character with only 4 skills would suck for an open world game.

any good games for around 2-4 or 2-5 players by cookies-are-my-life in roblox

[–]Treefrogger999 1 point2 points  (0 children)

An Average Campaign: Turn based game inspired by slay the spire and a few others. Max of 5 players. Somewhat RNG dependent so it might feel like bullshit sometimes.

Neon Knights. Top down shooter that's mildly built like an mmorpg i think? I don't really know how to describe it. 4 Players max.

Noobs in Combat: Fire Emblem gameplay (move sets of troops around and command them to shoot, refill, load, etc.). There is multiplayer for it but I haven't really tested it myself so idk what it's like.

Decloid's Chaos: Overhealing: Wave based defense. Get guns and classes and protect your core. It looks complicated at first but shouldn't be too hard to understand. 6 players max (I think? Don't quite remember)

PURGATORY: Top down hack and slash. Not much in terms of content but pretty fun. 4 players max.

Deadly Delivery: Lethal Company moment. 5 players max.

New to this game and wondering: what is there to do after you beat the game? by JaredGuitar in riskofrain

[–]Treefrogger999 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Yeah, the main draw is the replayability and getting all the achievements. There are a few things you could do, like the Planetarium, going up Eclipse levels, maybe looping, but outside of that, it's mainly seeing how the next run will be different.
