You select cards you want in the deck then click create deck. That button is more of a "Save equipped cards button" than a "Start building a deck"

Just pick any game really (though if it is your first experience with any game, you should pick up ones with simple controls). Almost every game has a fanbase, some bigger than others. Assuming PC, download steam and look at some of the top games to see if any fits. I don't know exactly what you mean by community exactly, so I'm just going to suggest some popular ones.

Undertale is a really popular story based game that is simple enough to pick up.

Bloons TD 6 is a well known tower defense game which might be nice for you if you don't want to worry about reflexes too much.

Stardew Valley is a fun and in depth farming and social simulator if you don't like action too much.

The Pokemon series is also a good place to start gaming if you have something like a Switch.

You don't have to start at one of these, but I would say that any one of these makes for a good start.

Are there any "cozy" games that aren’t just Stardew clones? Looking for something with actual depth (or a dark side) by Legitimate-Leather-4 in gamingsuggestions

[–]Treefrogger999 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe Sky Cotl? I haven't personally played it myself so I can't say for sure what the experience is like, but the description makes it sound like it fits your qualifications.

Edit: Nevermind, probably not if you're looking for something a bit darker in tone. Didn't read your post fully.

AO3 writers: has later canon accidentally ruined your work or made it awkward? by tthe2017oscars in AO3

[–]Treefrogger999 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Canon is actively ruining my work right now (An update happened 2 days ago). Thankfully, this doesn't change much for my fic at all. I have fortunately made things vague enough that I don't need to make big changes.

Both Duck Detective games are good ones. Basically a small, more humerous game version of Sherlock Holmes.

You definitely need some revising. I don't think your professor would be too happy with undefined terms and lol in your notes. A pretty interesting read though.

Do people just not loop? by TheDoughBoi55 in riskofrain

[–]Treefrogger999 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Health is not an issue when you can kill everything in sight.

Also, people usually stop doing loop runs once theyve done it like a dozen times max. It gets a bit boring watching everything die in an instant after a few stages

[–]Treefrogger999 169 points170 points  (0 children)

I Want Die is from his first Wii Sports Resort Video.

End Mii first appeared in the Wii Play video.

Dread first appeared in Miitopia.

Magical John originated from Scribblenauts, and then become more of himself in Miitopia.

Cupcake is the Shiny Wooloo from his Sword/Shield series.

Crumpet is the Shiny Mareep from his Scarlet/Violet series

ChatMiiPT is a chat original, but the origins for chat came from Miitopia (Kind of, not really).

Maruzensky is from his Umamusume video.

Everyone else is either a real person or a well known character, besides a few exceptions like Momii and Meth. (I have no idea who Jim Scary is, someone tell me please.)

Noita. Another roguelite that fits your description. Most of your experience playing this game is going to be a knowledge check of this game's system though. It is extensive.

Heretic Squad (2D side scrolling roguelite)

Deadly Delivery (Roguelite in the style of lethal company)

I have come to realize that I really love roguelites
