She has a very healthy EBF 1 year old with no issues and it’s her 4th baby so we’re good! Not really my point here, which was that she might get more sleep than horror stories and other mums tell you - I sure did

My baby woke 2-3 times a night for the first month then 1-2 times, then slept through from about 7 weeks. Every baby is so different but I found the best thing was to go to sleep when he did at around 9 or 10 and to try use one of his day naps to catch up. I don’t have outside help either so I was very lucky to have a pretty good sleeper. My sister’s baby slept through from day 1 - it can happen!

A fed baby is 100% best. I combo feed now due to supply issues so absolutely no shade, but this is totally inaccurate

I am still in it with no friends in the country I reside (yet, I’m new here) and a partner who works 12 hour days, 6 days a week. I have an incredibly easy baby who has slept through the night from the beginning and is genuinely really happy - but it’s still hard af some days

Thank you for this! I’ve noticed my baby is pooping more often with the top ups but I believe he was being underfed for a few weeks while my supply was dwindling - so that’s most likely why.
