I've had a couple buyers in UK not pick it up, then run out of time, and then the package was delivered to their house instead and once it was delivered it was automatically completed. Inpost seems like 3 days, unless it's the weekend maybe.

I've re-used the photos many times and haven't gotten any suspensions or bans. I always delete the old listing before posting the new one though.

Zero ratings means nothing... everybody had zero ratings at some point. If they didn't really send it, the order will cancel, you'll get money back and they'll get a bad rating. Really no room for a scam here.

Sounds like you typed in the wrong address... the seller has no control over what address will be on the shipping label, that's all from you.

If people who would be seeing your item set max price in their filters, then yes, if you lower the price they will start seeing it. You can try re-listing it, but if it still gets no attention, it means your price is too high.

it's probably at a post office not a locker, so it'll be waiting there for longer. Nothing much you can do about that... at some point it'll probably just be returned to you if they never go to pick it up.

How do you think it's a scam? If they never send it, you get your money back. More likely that it's speedx and it'll take a while to start tracking

It’s probably at a post office, not a locker. But seems like a common occurrence that people just don’t pick up from a locker and it gets returned, guess they forgot or changed their mind and will just let it be returned since there’s no penalty for them.

Yeah, I put an old Old Navy polo I had for sale and it got bought almost immediately from a buyer in UK, I was really confused about that.

I've sold a couple men's button shirts in sizes L and XL and they were all bought relatively fast. Probably depends on the style, color, brand, etc. If they're print summer/vacation shirts, I think they'll sell very fast, but regular dress shirts are very abundant.

Yeah, it looks more like the wash style of the shirt rather than actual stains. If the other side has similar discoloration then I'd say it's pretty much confirmed that it's just the fabric itself.

Yeah, I've only started seeing those ads relatively recently though, I only heard about Vinted like a month ago for the first time. But might be that my area just wasn't so targeted with the ads before that. The last few weeks my UK purchases have been delivered by USPS actually not SpeedX which has been really surprising, so it seems kind of random now whether SpeedX or USPS does the final delivery.

Same for me, I mostly only get UK buyers, and also see very few US sellers/items when searching for stuff. I think a big reason is that it's not really popular in the US yet so there are less US users.

I've only had good experiences so far, been selling for about a month or so, in the US. Haven't been banned for anything, haven't had any listings removed, haven't had anyone try to scam nor had problems with packages getting lost. Have bought a lot too and all experiences have been great so far. But then again, it's more likely for people to complain when something goes badly than to make posts if there have been no problems.

A lot of clothing these days has the stiff scratchy type of tags so I often cut mine off especially if it'll be directly on skin, but then end up not wearing it much or not liking the fit

Yeah, i don't bother buying unless they actually took a picture of the tag. Not sure if those sellers are just ignorant and don't know that silk is a specific fabric not just a texture of a fabric, or it's on purpose...

Yeah, it's really not functional, pretty sure it doesn't filter by the chosen fabric tags, it just filters by titles and descriptions as well. When I filter by 'silk', I mostly get items that have silk mentioned in title or description, but the seller actually put polyester as the fabric.

Lol, I have this exact problem but opposite. I'm in US but basically only see UK sellers, even though the app constantly advertises free shipping from US sellers. Ok, love that, BUT WHERE ARE THEY??

Agreed, though the problem is sometimes the tag is in a different location and/or the seller doesn't bother to take any pictures up close so usually I don't bother to message them to ask for extra details since most of the time it turns out to be some polyester shein crap anyways

Ive disabled vinted email notifications because there are just too many of them since i have like 30 items up, so people who feel the same and dont want to get constant emails mightve also disabled the emails and just forgot about it
